I originally stopped by the dealership for a service appointment on my 2024 Outback, but I ended up leaving with a beautiful new 2026 model! While I was waiting, my daughter and I were browsing the show appointment on my 2024 Outback, but I ended up leaving with a beautiful new 2026 model! While I was waiting, my daughter and I were browsing the showroom, and I just fell in love with the new design. My biggest hesitation was the size—the 2026 looked a bit bigger than my previous car, and I had to be certain it would actually fit in my garage. Marcos was absolutely wonderful and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable with the upgrade. He was incredibly patient and took the time to walk us through the specific dimension changes so I didn't have any lingering doubts. To help me decide, he actually brought two different models around to the front one at a time so I could see the exterior colors clearly and get a true feel for each one before the test drive. His knowledge and "no-pressure" approach really put my mind at ease. Once I made my choice, the transition was incredibly smooth. Jon Frisby handled the paperwork with great efficiency, helping me set up the Zurich Shield and a maintenance plan to keep my new car protected. I recently visited the dealership with my mother for a service appointment on her 2024 Outback. While browsing the showroom, she fell in love with the new 2026 model. We were greeted by Marcos, who was incredibly helpful as we compared the dimensions of the two vehicles to ensure the new, larger Outback would fit in her garage. Marcos was knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond by bringing two specific models to the front for a side-by-side comparison and a test drive. Once she decided to move forward, he respected our time and kept the process moving quickly. Jon Frisby then stepped in to finalize the paperwork and handle the addition of the Zurich Shield. A truly wonderful experience with Marcos and the entire Sport Subaru staff!
