My experience with Marco was awesome! He answered all of my questions in detail about the new Tiguan I was interested in purchasing, responded to my emails, phone calls and texts immediat He answered all of my questions in detail about the new Tiguan I was interested in purchasing, responded to my emails, phone calls and texts immediately, and made certain I fully understood all of the specials Heritage offered this month. Once I decided on the Tiguan I wanted to purchase, it wasn't available in Maryland. Marco and Gabe came to the rescue, located one for me in Washington DC, picked it up, and Marco even delivered it to my home, knowing I had already sold my old car and had no transportation to the Dealership. Needless to say, I highly recommend Marco and Heritage Volkswagen! More
