My daughters car has been in the service department for almost 2 months-yes-2 months. It was supposed to be ready today. They keep finding stuff wrong. They have offered a multitude of excuses. If I could rank less than 1, I completely would! This service department is worse than worse. I have purchased a 19 Santa Fe directly from this dealer and have had exactly one service that was even accep service department is worse than worse. I have purchased a 19 Santa Fe directly from this dealer and have had exactly one service that was even acceptable in 3 years. They are CONSTANTLY updating the phone lines, and when they are working, they can't answer them. The latest stunt was having an oil change scheduled a week ago and mistakenly doing a "drop off" meaning after 5 hours and 3 phone calls, it's the "2nd in line to be done". NEVER buy from them, and more importantly never use the service department! More

We bought two cars from Marcelo. It was quick and easy. Marcelo is very nice to work with. It took about 4 hours to test drive and purchase for two different people, which is much quicker than usual.
