We arrived at 10am and left as 15:30 for just an oil change service. The initial quote for a tire rotation and oil change was $70, they didint perform the rotation and still wanted to charge $70 I change service. The initial quote for a tire rotation and oil change was $70, they didint perform the rotation and still wanted to charge $70 I had a $10 reward point that couldn’t use and they changed conditions once there They said to rotate wheels would have a different price of $300, very odd since they rotated the wheels last time for the previously agreed Overall the unethical practice of keeping the car for long and start negotiating once we are tired to get better benefits are not what we would expect Not respecting original estimates neither Charging 10x for a services given some “difficulty” also is not what we would expect. So in summary 5.5hrs for an oil change and a big headache to take the car More

My complaints are not necessarily with the dealership, but with my Nissan rogue that had to have its engine replaced at 9000 miles and then further problems. Very friendly but I didn’t like it when they said I needed spark plugs when I just had it done somewhere else.
