I've never had a smoother experience purchasing a vehicle from a dealership before! I found my "new to me" 2022 Ram 1500 on a 3rd party site and reached out to the staff at Don Mealey. The Internet team (Marcel Williams & Briana Solares) got me an appointment schedule over the weekend. Upon walking in, the entire staff was amazing! My primary salesperson was Joseph Perez. He was AWESOME! There was no back and forth haggling or sneaky dealer sales tactics. Everything was straight forward. I was pre-approved through my credit union and after learning the dealership also works with my credit union, the process was seamless! The Sales Managers (JC Harrelson & Rodney Allen) were extremely helpful. I can't forget to mention Josh Tojek in finance. He finalized everything for me and went through all the details. I would highly recommend Don Mealey Chevrolet to anyone purchasing a new/used vehicle!!! More

While looking at a used vehicle online, I selected to value my current vehicle to decide whether to trade or not if I decided to make a purchase. I immediately received a phone call and email from a salesman, Marcel. I asked him for an OTD price on the vehicle. After several hours and several calls later I finally received a ridiculous OTD offer. Even after "Gabby" verified the lowest amount that my trade would be worth, the offer reduced my trade by almost $3k from the lowest trade amount. There were also numerous fees that other dealers stay away from. I do not recommend this dealership. Stay away from the cheap tricks! More

Nick is the best of the best. His attention to detail and commitment to customer service is the best I have ever experienced. Every sales person we encountered was helpful and friendly. Rodney got the deal approved and Chris in the Internet department was a wealth of information and really made the whole process a breeze! Last but not least we worked with Joe in finance. He is professional and laid back which made for a great finale for our experience. More

Trade In Experience As a long time Chevy guy, it was slightly painful to need to trade in my Camaro for a more fuel and space efficient vehicle, but the guys at DM Chevy As a long time Chevy guy, it was slightly painful to need to trade in my Camaro for a more fuel and space efficient vehicle, but the guys at DM Chevy made that process easy. I was underwater on the Camaro loan, but they were able to offer me a pretty fair deal when it comes to trade in value, and buying price for my new vehicle. Marcel got me set up with my appointment online and was very nice and understanding of my busy scheduled. Once in the dealership, Christian worked with me for over 3 hours getting me a deal that worked and making sure the vehicle I purchased was what I needed. Carlos spent some extra time during the paperwork making sure I got the best numbers in financing, and was even able to get my interest rate down. They all made the whole process the best buying experience I have ever had. While my situation with an underwater trade wasn't ideal, they gave me the best deal to get me out of a bad situation, and I can certainly see myself coming back to them when the time comes. More
