After 30 years of owning Hondas I was considering switching back to Toyota but the service from Marc Wiseman and Mark Juban brought me back to Weir Canyon Honda. Issa Ahad was very patient and answe switching back to Toyota but the service from Marc Wiseman and Mark Juban brought me back to Weir Canyon Honda. Issa Ahad was very patient and answered all my questions when I purchased my new Accord Hybrid on January 9th. My only disappointment was that my Rockledge alarm was not activated until February 11th instead of on January 9th when the vehicle was purchased. I always feel welcome by the staff in the service department and they have great coffee! More

I was treated great. My car is running so much better after the recall repair. My only issue would be that each time I go the dealership it gets late in the day and no on My car is running so much better after the recall repair. My only issue would be that each time I go the dealership it gets late in the day and no one ever calls me to tell me car is finished. I made the appointment online and it appears that no one looks at these appointments because it was for a recall and no one called me to confirm they have the parts I had to call them. More

I was not notified when my car was ready for pickup and thus had to wait 3 days to get it back because the service dept was closed. I had tried calling to find out the status of my car and did not reach an thus had to wait 3 days to get it back because the service dept was closed. I came to this dealership specifically because they are knowledgeable about adaptive driving equipment in my Honda. I had an issue with a communication/audio issue recall that Weir Canton had originally fi knowledgeable about adaptive driving equipment in my Honda. I had an issue with a communication/audio issue recall that Weir Canton had originally fixed and the dealership near me was very unhelpful and wanted $95 just to look for the problem. I was pretty sure it was just a loose wire but my dealer couldn’t locate anything wrong because the issue was intermittent and not happening while they had my car for service. Marc Wiseman took my call at Weir Canyon and reassured me they would look at it, no problem. He greeted me when I arrived the following week. He was efficient and empathetic. They found the issue (loose cable), fixed it, and kindly kept my car overnight until I could pick it up. They offered this service at no charge since it seemed related to the previous recall. The atmosphere of the service area was calm. I really appreciated their help in getting me back on the road again without worry. More
