Originally from Philadelphia, I attended college in Florida then started with the Crown organization in St. Petersburg, Florida, August of 1984. In 2005, we moved to Ohio (my wife and two children) which turned out to be a wonderful decision. Our family enjoys the seasons and we have made many friends since arriving and both of my children will now be graduating from The Ohio State University. I am proud and grateful to have such a dedicated staff at the Crown Automotive Group of Dublin and we are blessed with thousands of great customers!

Do NOT buy or service your car here I bought and have exclusively serviced my GL here for the last 5 years. It has cost me over $30,000 to repair my GL, a car that I paid $80K for. I've asked the service manager to call me through the years and never received a return call. I had a good car buying experience with them and sent many customers their way through the years, which I now regret. Buy and service elsewhere. More

Excellent Car Buying Experience I can't say enough about the team at Crown Mercedes-Benz Dublin. Melisa Greenberg was my sales consultant and my finance consultant was CJ Sexton. Sal I can't say enough about the team at Crown Mercedes-Benz Dublin. Melisa Greenberg was my sales consultant and my finance consultant was CJ Sexton. Sales Manager Rich Renner and Crown President Marc Wigler were beyond helpful through the entire process. In short: everyone I encountered at Crown MB went above and beyond to show me that they cared as much about my best interests (with regard to the car buying process) as I did. I've encouraged nearly everyone in my life to start here when looking for a new car to see what genuine customer service looks like. I walked in early on a Saturday morning and Melisa greeted me and then took the time to learn about me and what I was looking for in a car (likes, dislikes, needs, wants, budget etc). We test drove a few vehicles they had on the lot to find out what peaked my interest and what options were important to me. They didn't have the exact car I wanted but Melisa and Rich went to work with their trading partners in an effort to procure it. In just a few days it was traded for and on site for me to take home. Throughout the process, their actions showed me that I was in great hands and that they would keep my best interests at the forefront of every decision--even if this meant less financial benefit for them in the short term. The level of care from Crown MB, Melisa, and the rest of the Crown team was so positive, I can't imagine my family ever starting another car search at any other dealership--and those are the exact words I plan to share with anyone I encounter in the market for a vehicle. CJ did a fantastic job walking me through the paperwork once we agreed to terms and was able to answer every question I had about the different documents I was signing. He clearly knew what he was doing and was able to communicate with me in language I could understand. Rich and Marc were "omnipresent" throughout the entire process and have built a customer-first culture in this dealership that I'm sure others around central Ohio and the State are envious of. They have my highest respect and recommendation--visit Crown Mercedes-Benz of Dublin to find a great car and even better people to help you throughout the process. More

Worst Mercedes Service in 28 years Dropped CLS 550 off for warranty work. Limited parking due to construction work at dealer location. No loaner made available. Returned to pick up car Dropped CLS 550 off for warranty work. Limited parking due to construction work at dealer location. No loaner made available. Returned to pick up car only to find front bumper damage. Service Manager ask me to leave car to be repaired. Received call following day only to be told no repair would be made. Service Manager Seth Kinnard threatened to impound my car if not picked up immediately. Upon picking up car and heading home, the dust cover attached to the part replaced under warranty came loose dragging behind my car on 270. Pulled over and called Crown. Spoke again with Service Manager Seth Kinnard. He told me no help would be provided and take to another dealership to get corrected and hung up. I took the car to Mercedes of Easton who corrected inferior work and replaced part. I had to pay for the part no less. Submitted part invoice to Crown. Both Owner Marc Wigler and Service Manager, Seth Kinnard who originally had stated they would pay for the part have never after 8 months reimbursed me. I had two estimates done for bumper repair. Both were within 150.00 of each other in cost. One was even the body shop Crown sends all their cars to. Both estimates were rejected and a 500.00 offer was made as long as I did not place any reviews on Social Media. Once I suggested I would seek legal counsel, CEO Marc Wigler withdrew the offer and stated Crown would use that toward there defense cost. Crown never has responded to my legal representative to explain neither their failure to pay my invoice for a part they agreed to handle, nor their liability for my damaged vehicle in their care. 8 months and still waiting. Mr Wigler why don’t u take care of this??? More

Amazing Customer Service Our first Mercedes and what a great experience. Richard Renner was absolutely amazing. We were really close to buying a new GLE 43 from another dealer Our first Mercedes and what a great experience. Richard Renner was absolutely amazing. We were really close to buying a new GLE 43 from another dealership and I decided to call Crown Eurocars. We are so glad that we were connected to Richard and he did a fabulous job. We discussed the options we were looking for and he was able to locate what we wanted. Throughout the entire process, he kept us informed of the status and when we picked up our new Mercedes, he was right there to greet us. He made sure we were comfortable with everything and we then met Melisa and she was a tremendous help. She had everything ready and stepped us through everything and was just amazing. Of course you have to see the Finance Manager and Wayne Michalak was wonderful to deal with and explained all of our options and made the numbers process as easy as possible. I can't say enough about our experience. I would strongly encourage anyone looking to purchase a Mercedes or any other car Crown Eurocars sells and give them a try. I have bought over 15 new vehicles and this was certainly one of the best experiences, if not the best. Melisa set up a follow up visit with us and was extremely helpful on ensuring we understood all the features and ready to enjoy our vehicle. In addition, she is always there anytime you need anything. We had a question today, two weeks after our purchase and she picked up when we called and was super helpful. Can't say enough about Richard, Melisa and Wayne. More
