Recently bought a Bronco Raptor. The experience did not start well. We were greeted by a salesman and we told the salesman that we were interested in a specific Bronco Raptor. We wer The experience did not start well. We were greeted by a salesman and we told the salesman that we were interested in a specific Bronco Raptor. We were then questioned if we were serious buyers because only serious buyers were allowed to look at the Bronco Raptors. It wasn’t until we told the salesman that we were going to do a cash deal that he became nice. We left that day without a car. Until 2 weeks later we received a phone call saying it was the end of the month and they wanted to sell the bronco. Overall, if another ford dealership has this bronco, I would have rather bought it there. Salesman was not very welcoming and we almost left before looking more into the bronco. More

MR Tom Spicer is the main reason why I go down to Coconut Point Ford I bought a new 2012 F150 and now I just bought a 2023 F250 diesel Tom is a great guy. He represents Coconut Point Ford to the full Coconut Point Ford I bought a new 2012 F150 and now I just bought a 2023 F250 diesel Tom is a great guy. He represents Coconut Point Ford to the fullest. The dealership has always been good to me. The service department has always been very good to me, it was a no-brainer to go down to this dealership which I have confidence in and buying and maintaining my Ford. I trust these people they represent the Ford company and they go out of their way to give excellent service. They are very good at what they do and you could tell they love it. They are happy and I’m happy. More

Changed Deal between showroom and finance room. Wouldn’t honor deal I signed 15 minutes before. Threatened me to cancel my deal on truck I ordered 13 months ago. Said he could sell to a broker for Wouldn’t honor deal I signed 15 minutes before. Threatened me to cancel my deal on truck I ordered 13 months ago. Said he could sell to a broker for $5000 more. Said he was losing money on deal which is complete lie with 900 plus in made up fees. Undervalued my trade by $4000. My trade was s 22 Maverick Hybrid XLT which is easy to resell. I had to go to Carmax to get fair money for my trade. Did not value me as a person or a customer. I will never go there again. Oh yeah, I have bought 3 vehicles there in the last year. He was pissed I ordered a Maverick and was getting for MSRP and not 5K over which is their standard practice on in stock units. This is a perfect example of the need for direct to consumer sales. No vampire middle man adding made up fees and added markup. Please Ford, sell me a vehicle directly. I have purchased 30 new FMC vehicles over 40 years. Toyota is starting to look like a better option next time around. Manager Jason D at Coconut point Ford shouldn’t be in his position. More
