I’ve been a customer for years and service center gets worse with every visit. Started when Erin Stockman left. My last visit took 7 hours for an oil change and never received a phone call about additiona worse with every visit. Started when Erin Stockman left. My last visit took 7 hours for an oil change and never received a phone call about additional maintenance needed. When I went to approve online they were all automatically cancelled. Needed 4 new tires and asked if they had any specials and was told I was better off buying elsewhere when in reality they are promoting a price match on tires online and on the screens inside. I’ve never received my vehicle back clean like most service center provide (which I’ve looked past), but this time received my vehicle back covered in snow. I didn’t drop it off covered in snow. Also received my vehicle back with tire pressures of 38, 28, 27, 28. Service used to be good but no longer acceptable. More
