Marc was fantastic and extremely professional and personable. We had a terrible experience at Kia Wagner in Shrewsbury and were nervous about going to another dealership. He even responded to me afte personable. We had a terrible experience at Kia Wagner in Shrewsbury and were nervous about going to another dealership. He even responded to me after the purchase to help me with all my questions. He is one of the salespeople that you want on your side who believes in building relationships and listening to the customer's needs and objections rather than pushing the sale (like the Kia dealership did). The only thing I wish we went into more detail was about the lease. I hadn't realized how much I drive and should have gone with the 12,000/mile a year for three years rather than 10,000/miles a year for three years. More
