When the car wouldn't pass Maine inspection, the only option offered was for them to pick up the car and do the work down in Massachusetts despite their techs already clearing the delaminated brake pads due to rotor rust. Any alternative I offered was shot down with no consideration given to the huge inconvenience this imposed on me. So good job on saving yourselves the cost of gas and labor for the 4 hours round trip as well as the cost of the rotors and brake pads. I'll incur the cost just to be done with this out of state dealership. More
