Just a fantastic experience I worked with Marc Soloway buying my new Crosstrek and it went exceptionally well. He was courteous and very knowledgeable about their cars, and options. In the end I bought a car I hadn’t been looking for, but was a better fit for me. I couldn’t be happier. He helped me define the things that were important to me, that I hadn’t really realized when I started the process. It’s now ever all weeks later and he has followed up the after-sale with a number of texts to make sure I had everything, was still happy with the purchase, and didn’t need anything. We knew the exact car we wanted, Marc had it ready for us at the appropriate time, and we test drove it ourselves. Everything was disinfected and we felt safe through the whole transaction. Kudos to Marc and his efficiency. Thanks to him, we drove away in the car just three days after our test drive and could probably have driven it home the first day if we'd needed to. This is my third Outback and the second from Metro West. More
