Very easy Marc Seigel has been my adviser since I got the car and has helped me to unravel the mysteries of the Jeep. I have been able to go in with a problem or question and get help without a prior appointment. Marc has been able to get my problem fixed in one visit. I have a short wait for my car, but I haven't had to come back a second time. More

Very positive experience with Rafael Campos at East Hills I brought my 2014 Cherokee in for an oil change back on 7/18/19 and could not have been more pleased with the overall experience. The attention exten I brought my 2014 Cherokee in for an oil change back on 7/18/19 and could not have been more pleased with the overall experience. The attention extended by Express Lube Supervisor Rafael Campos was flawless. In addition to the oil change requested, Rafael had the interior filters in the car examined and also reviewed my vehicle's history to insure all previous service issues and recalls had been addressed. The service at East Hills is always top shelf. I am now adding Rafael's business card to my East Hills collection, and placing it most noticeably alongside the trusted names of Jon Piansky, Stephen Petrowski, Marc Siegel and Michael Casey. One of the most important considerations on the purchase of a vehicle is the service rendered after purchase. A bagel and hot coffee are nice perks, but trust is my most important issue. I have always been more than satisfied with the maintenance provided at the East Hills Service Department. Please extend my thanks to Rafael. More
