Marc Perez was very friendly and kept me updated on the car and also worked me in on a Friday afternoon, since we planned to leave on the follow Monday to drive to Maryland. Several weeks before our trip the service engine light came on and wanted it service before we left. It was sensor gone bad on the car that was covered by a warranty, but one week after the sensor was replaced the service engine light came back on, So I had to bring the car back in and waited for a couple hours to find out a hose leading to the sensor that was replaced was cracked and needed to be ordered. Had to come back in again a couple days later on Friday for several more hours waiting. This all should have been noticed and completed on my first trip. Also, all three times I had the car in the shop, whoever moved the car made huge adjustments to my seat settings, I have never had a repair shop adjust my seat, and it was very frustrating to have to get it back to the position I like, would suggest your folks just move the car with customers setting the way they are, moving the car less than a 100 yards. More
