We visited Nick at Herb Gordon Subaru to potentially buy our first Subaru. I typically like to shop around and visit other dealers in the area, but once we met Nick we knew we were in good hands and there w our first Subaru. I typically like to shop around and visit other dealers in the area, but once we met Nick we knew we were in good hands and there was no need to go anywhere else. Nick was super helpful and real with us, accommodated my request to for multiple appointments, and went above and beyond to show us around and to explain all of the options. Finding the exact car we wanted (a new Crosstrek) and settling on a price was a fair, low pressure experience, and Marc made going through the final paperwork a breeze. I've bough several cars over the years and often had an experience where I've felt like I've been through a wringer - there was zero of that with Nick and at this dealership.
