Straight forward, simple We purchased a used Toyota in April 2014. The Subaru Superstore was a pleasure to do business with. We spoke with a few people from the internet sales department, (we live in North Central AZ). The first individual we spoke with in person was Joey Labranche. I was impressed with his determination to please us as a customer. Joey worked hard to take care of our wishes from the moment we met. Secondly Josh Decker jumped in to take care of some paperwork with our purchase. Finally, Marc Dicino took us through the finance portion. The finance process was streamlined, professional and easy to understand. As I mentioned, our experience here was a pleasure. I was particularly impressed with the way I saw all the employees we dealt with pitch in and work together for a common interest. The other thing I noticed as I looked around the facility was everyone appeared to have a good attitude. The dealership is clean and professional, and puts their customers first. Thank you More

We already had another car on order through Subaru Superstore and decided we might trade-in our Mercedes on an Outback. We needed to try the "fit" of the Outback, check out the inventory of new cars, Superstore and decided we might trade-in our Mercedes on an Outback. It was an outstanding experience and everyone at the dealership we dealt with (Sales Manager, Sales Associate, Business Manager, and Owner - whom we had met during the order of our first car) was friendly, helpful, fair, and knowledgeable. My wife and I could not recommend this dealer (and Dan Collinsworth as a Salesperson) more highly (obvious, I guess, as we've bought 2 new cars from him in just a few months). More

It was by far the best car buying experience I have had. The negotiations were fair and quick. I got a fair price for my trade and everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. When I walked in I did not have an appointment and the dealership was very busy. Nonetheless I was treated well and all of my questions were answered. I love my Subaru Outback and the dealership where I bought it was just as impressive. It unfortunately was not the first subaru dealership I visited. I went to Camelback Subaru at the suggestion of Costco. My experience there was just the opposite. The salesman Kyle Cooper was arrogant, rude and was the typical "slimy salesman". His colleague Matt flat out lied on the phone as to the availability of the car I wanted. I will definitely visit Subaru Superstore but stay as far away as you can from Camelback. More

This is our third Suparu Ourback. Mike Harris has been in charge of maintaining our other cars. He does a great job. Larry Jones sold us our new Outback. He was very good and helpful. We had been contemplating a new car, but hadn't decided when. We arrived at the Subaru Super Store to have the oil changed in ou4 2008 Outback. The whole experience was so much fun. We left with our new 2012 Outback feeling very satisfied. If you want a great experience in a clean and friendly place, you have to go to the Subaru Super Store!!!! More

Mike Rigney took our phone call and gave us directions to the dealership. He kindly asked if we had an associate we were working with and when we did not he offered his services.
