I wanted to take a few minutes out of my day to recognize Marc Calo in the service dept. for his interaction with me at Parks Ford service. I was not having a good experience and called in to get an update. Marc Calo in the service dept. for his interaction with me at Parks Ford service. Marc was the lucky one to hear my frustration with how things were going, and he jumped right in to help, He was polite , helpful, and professional. I was not his issue buy he went above and beyond to take care of me and exceed expectations . I have been in the business for over 20 years and it is very hard to find people that want to go the extra mile. Marc is an asset to your company. My wife an I have brought our Ford to Parks a few times now and I can tell you that I will be asking for Marc the next time we bring one of our vehicles in for service. I was in constant touch with Marc Calo about tires and battery I was told I needed. He greeted me the day and time of my appointment. He explained if I waited it would be about 2 hours it was almost to t battery I was told I needed. He greeted me the day and time of my appointment. Started off on wrong foot being sent to service advisors desk who was away. After 8 minutes the nearby advisor offered to check us in. Even after asking where she was she did not return. 10minutes later she desk who was away. After 8 minutes the nearby advisor offered to check us in.
