I want to first say, I despise car shopping. It’s not a fun experience. But Lexus of Chattanooga changed that for me. They were very helpful, not pushy at all, and helped me get the “mom car” I’ It’s not a fun experience. But Lexus of Chattanooga changed that for me. They were very helpful, not pushy at all, and helped me get the “mom car” I’d been looking for. I worked with Marc Bales, and he was unlike any salesman I’ve ever worked with. He was able to find a very specific color and trim level that no one else was able to secure. Even with the recall hiccup causing my car to be almost 5 months delayed, they made sure everything else was perfect. Even handled some of the issues that came up before picking it up. I would highly recommend them! More

Still cannot believe we landed one of the most sought after vehicles available (or not available anywhere in GA, TN or AL). How did we get a new Lexus GX 550? It is the perfect color and Luxury package after vehicles available (or not available anywhere in GA, TN or AL). How did we get a new Lexus GX 550? It is the perfect color and Luxury package that is clearly the most beautiful vehicle we have ever owned. Marc was great in telling us about it when he knew we were looking at the TX, but not really loving it. He told us there was a GX 550 coming in within the next few weeks. We decided to go for it and we had it the next week. It is amazing! Marc Bales, Justin Hendrick and Jackson Antinore were great at what they do! We had previously traded with Robbie Bales. Everyone at Lexus of Chattanooga are very sincere and knowledgeable. If we ever decide to trade this great GX 550, our first point of contact will be these guys at Lexus of Chattanooga! More
