The price negotiation is chaotic… But they have something else up their sleeve – they’re waiting to hit you with unreasonable fees, once you have come to terms on “a deal and a price“ They have you insure the car before the deal is finalized… To kind of lock you into it. Then you get into the finance office where you are hit with unreasonable fees that can total in our case $10,000! (A little more negotiation and they got it down to about $8000). There is no transparency… little disclosure… serious questions are answered with a joke. Really a bad experience… On top of it all the $500 good Faith money – they refuse to return it… It’s hard to believe dealerships like this can stay business in the digital age… So I’m doing my civic duty here by spreading the word about a dealership you should avoid. Wish I had! More
