We came a long way to see this 2021 Lexus RX 350 and we felt it was in good condition. It started with the test drive...... the windshield wiper was missing and when driving I told the sale person that wh felt it was in good condition. It started with the test drive...... the windshield wiper was missing and when driving I told the sale person that when I put on the breaks the car shimmied a bit. So when we started the deal we explained that the wiper had to be replaced and the issue with the braking.... should be looked into before we closed the deal. We didn't know it would not be the brakes..... they said they did an inspection and there was nothing wrong with the brakes, neither balancing with the tires. They also told us that the list price we saw on the internet didn't include the reconditioning fee so they added it to it. We were told that another fee on the contract was to pay for the inspection fee to make sure everything passed inspection. So we were upcharged..... and we didn't get the $500.00 coupon from the internet either on the contract. We traded in a 2016 Lexus RX 350 which has been serviced properly and got below what we wanted and they said if we didn't owe anything on it they would have given more. We really wanted this vehicle and never experienced this kind of service before. We even went through their financing and took an extended warranty. So then some other things went down hill after the purchase. We drove the home later that afternoon on the 6th of March, late afternoon on 7th the vehicle didn't start. I called the sales person to inform him of the issue and he said to keep him posted. We had to call our insurance company to come jump the vehicle and the following morning I took the vehicle to a local dealership and found the battery was bad. I informed the sales person, sent him the receipt and he said he would get with the manager to see about a refund ($201.00 to replace) which would be overnighted within 2 days. We didn't get the check till the 18th after I made numerous calls and left messages. Two days ago we decided to take the car back to the dealership that is close to us regarding the braking and shimming and was told that the front roters were warped and had to pay and additional $210 to get that fixed. We talked to a number of folks at the dealership and were told so many different things from one sales person (who said we normally don't service Lexus vehicles) to different managers who told us you bought this as is. We can't believe we got this kind of service from these folks. The sales person tried his best but the rest of this was completely unprofessional of a dealership. We have had a number of vehicles in our life time including Lexus'. Our plan is to cancel the extended warranty with this company and move the financing to another company....folks we can trust. Unfortunately, we will be reporting this to other agencies regarding this situation. More

Yesterday I visited Greenway Dodge Jeep Ram and it was one of the most horrible visits to a car dealership that I have ever experienced. I was welcomed by a new salesperson Desi Clay who she was somewh one of the most horrible visits to a car dealership that I have ever experienced. I was welcomed by a new salesperson Desi Clay who she was somewhat attentive until I wanted to test drive 2 vehicles I was actually considering buying and wanted to see how they differed from each other. She immediately told me that they would have to run a credit application before I could even drive a vehicle, first off I told her no. My credit is good I personally just don’t like it to be ran unless I am seriously looking at taking a loan out that day - I’m a Realtor so I fully understand credit and loans and don’t need reassurance that I would qualify until I’m at the table (even though I bought a brand new kia sorrento last year on my own) she brought over some know it all manager of hers Manuel Medina who essentially told me that if I was not going to buy a car that day I would be a waste of their time… IMAGINE someone calling you a waste of time, like really?? I understand that I am young and I’m used to people shaming me for that - but you don’t know my finances or who I am so they judged me off of whatever they believed I was, and what a horrible learning experience for this new salesperson they were training. I cannot believe that they are not only practicing this but teaching it!!! I also visited Greenway Ford who were exceptional and also Alfa Romeo Greenway just next door and the sales staff at both locations were far superior. I am now looking at purchasing my next car with these dealerships. This experience has not only tarnished my feeling of the Greenway Dodge Jeep Ram Dealership but also all 3 of those car companies as well. Never judge a book by its cover is all I can say - I will always make sure anyone I know in the market for a new car stays far away from Greenway Dodge Jeep Ram!! Manuel Medina was not only an example of horrible customer service but also a poor influence to salesperson Desi Clay. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM GREENWAY DODGE JEEP RAM!! More

Mat was very friendly as was the staff we interacted with. The only reason we gave 4 instead of 5 is we didn't see anything at the dealership [service, parts....] and no one gave us their contact info. with.
