He let us drive one and we decided well. We’ll go ahead and try and give Jarret Ford another chance. They are phenomenal there. They answered every question they set my truck up like I was wanting and everybody was so nice. So yes, we will be buying more cars from Ford now instead of Bartow Ford. More

Manuel was an absolute pleasure to do business with. Not once did I feel uncomfortable with his answer or demeaner. When he and another delivered the car, a fair distance to me, he and his ride back were very pleasant. Had a stack of forms of course to complete the deal but we all managed a few laughs here and there. Before he made the drive He and other employees put forth the extra time and effort to locate a considerable amount of information to help me understand the car (Shelby GT350!) and get the most out of it easier, quicker, and safer! This in short was the most pleasant experience I've had buying a car. Simple, no pressure and back and forth stuff. Just a great dealership with great people.
