Worst customer service experience of my life. I made a service appointment online, and only made the appointment in this fashion, because I could not get a hold of anyone on the phone. I received an email service appointment online, and only made the appointment in this fashion, because I could not get a hold of anyone on the phone. I received an email confirming the same day (Jan 4) for the day and time I had requested (Jan 10). I received no phone calls or any communication after that. I drove to the dealership to drop my truck off today, and drove into the service department 10 minutes before my scheduled time. No one greeted me, and 3 service writers were sitting at their desks on the phone. Eventually another service writer came from in back, and I told him that I had a service appointment at 3pm and asked him what do I do? He asked me what my name was and I told him, and he said there was no appointment in the system. I told him that I had received an email confirming my appointment. He said that to have an appointment somebody would have had to call me. The dealership’s internal problems should not be put upon the customer. My wife had to take time off of work, and follow me to the dealership with our 1 year old daughter, so just making this appointment took a lot of coordination, and to just be dismissed like so should never be tolerated in business ever. I will never go to this dealership again, and I will definitely tell my friends and clients my experience at this store. More

Mike sinacola was awesome from the moment I pulled up. He made sure I didn’t leave until I got the vehicle I wanted. Anthony manno and Leighton Clemons from management also made sure they did everything made sure I didn’t leave until I got the vehicle I wanted. Anthony manno and Leighton Clemons from management also made sure they did everything possible for this to happen. Pete trauscht made sure all paperwork was done and accurate. Definitely nice people to do business with. More

I like coming to currie motor they are friendly and Efficient . When I come in for my appointment manny always greets me with a smile he really take good care of me . I can call him and make my appoint Efficient . When I come in for my appointment manny always greets me with a smile he really take good care of me . I can call him and make my appointment to come and get service done to my car he also lets me know about other service that I need to have done On my car. Over all I like coming and talking to manny about my car he makes me feel happy and please when I leave the shop. He has good costumer service and he know how to talk and treat the customers. More

Worse experience of my life in any car buying experience! Purchase my malibu from there. I specifically told them I didn't want a car that had been in a accident. When I did the walk around the vehicle didnt Purchase my malibu from there. I specifically told them I didn't want a car that had been in a accident. When I did the walk around the vehicle didnt notice the front bumper was cracked until I got home. I asked for the carfax report after 5hrs of trying to work the deal I forgot about it. When I got hone I saw the big crack in bumper and went through paperwork they never gave me the carfax report so I had to go back and get it from them. When signing the paperwork Pete the finance manager asked if I wanted the extended warranty I said No as My uncle is a mechanic. I asked if there was a deductible for the warranty he said if I got the car serviced there, their would be no deductible but if I take it to a different dealer there would be a deductible. When I took my car for service they said $200 deductible. The financed dept changed my warranty after I signed and left dealer. Salesman Lamburg said 1st oil change was to be free. When I went to get the oil change again that was a lie. They tried to charge me. Most unprofessional and lying people I have ever experienced in any purchase I made. When I went to talk to them about the warranty and why Pete lied about it the Sales manager Larry instead of trying to help me tried to get me to trade my car in for a new car saying this would help lol. If you buy from here make sure you ask for everything they say they will do in writing. Also service department had my car for 24 hrs and didn't even reset my oil light or return my calls when I left a message saying I had questions about the service they did. They are all only nice before the paperwork is signed after that they don't give a xxxx about your concerns or needs. I would never refer anyone to purchase from here. I want to thank the sales team at Currie Motors from Joe Hammer, Joe Bolkovitz and Paul Sheeran for their knowledge and expertise in getting me into a new Chevy Silverado 1500 WT. I had no equity in my trad Hammer, Joe Bolkovitz and Paul Sheeran for their knowledge and expertise in getting me into a new Chevy Silverado 1500 WT. I had no equity in my trade in and didn’t want to put a lot down and they figured out a way with employee pricing to keep my payments to near where my payments had been with my trade in. The also dot me re-imbursed through the Gm Mobility Program for transferring my handicap driving aids from my old vehicle to my new vehicle. Also got a $700.00 Costco gift Card because I was a Costco Executive Member. Thank You Joe H, Joe B and Paul S. More
