It has now been over 35 days since I traded in my vehicle, and they still haven’t paid off the loan on the trade-in. This is not only unacceptable—it’s illegal. I’ve called the dealership twice, and both times I was assured they would “take care of it.” Yet, here I am, still waiting, with zero response or resolution. Meanwhile, I’m stuck with a lingering loan balance on a vehicle that I no longer even own. This kind of negligence is exactly why car dealerships have such a bad reputation. They were more than happy to take my business, but when it comes to handling their end of the deal, they’ve completely dropped the ball. If you’re considering buying a car from Criswell Ford of Woodstock, think twice—because once they have your money, they clearly don’t care about following through. I’ll be escalating this issue further, but in the meantime, consider this a warning to anyone else looking to do business with them. Steer clear unless you want to deal with this kind of financial nightmare. More
