Great Service and Attention to the Details I thoroughly enjoyed my first experience with the Sales and Management staff at Ferman Mini. I had a specific car in mind and they were diligent in f I thoroughly enjoyed my first experience with the Sales and Management staff at Ferman Mini. I had a specific car in mind and they were diligent in finding the vehicle that matched my specifications. They also answered all my questions on the day I picked up the car and was very patient with sharing all the "bells and whistles" in the Mini Cooper Countryman. Both Sara Griffith and Mary Keller were awesome in making this purchase a breeze. Thanks! More

Not very professional. Our sales girl was very nice but we felt like she was still learning the ropes because she could not answer some of our questions and had to constantl Our sales girl was very nice but we felt like she was still learning the ropes because she could not answer some of our questions and had to constantly ask her manager. But we were fine with that since everyone has to start somewhere. After agreeing on an asking price, we were short on time so we could not stay to sign the papers. The dealership offered to draw up the contract and bring it to my house 2 days later at 10:30 am. I told them that was fine as long as it was in the morning since I had to leave my house by 12:30 pm to go volunteer at my daughter's school. Well 2 days later, I get a text from my sales girl saying that she would leave at 10:30 am (although my appointment with her was at 10:30 am. By noon time, she still had not come by with the contract and I texted her to see where she was. She told me that she would be leaving soon and that the finance department was still getting the paperwork together. I was not very happy since they had 2 days prior to coming to my house to get the contract together. She told me that she was off the day before and had left all the paperwork for the finance department but they never worked on it while she was gone. She also said that it was AJ's last day at the dealership and that there wasn't much work getting done since they were all partying!! This is completely unprofessional! It was now noon and the sales girl was still at the dealership (which was 30 mins away from my house) and I had to be at the school by 12:30 pm. I was not very happy about this at all. I wanted to pull the deal right there and purchase the car from Wesley Chapel instead but I was on a tight time frame. I ended up canceling my volunteer work at the school and waited for my sales girl to show up at my house at 12:55 pm. Not to mention, I had to leave my house at 1:00 pm to get into car line by 1:15 pm. I barely had time to skim the contract and sign it. This dealership clearly did not care about their customers nor did they care about selling a car. They were more focused on celebrating AJ's last day there. Now, thinking back on it, I should have pulled the deal and gone elsewhere. I'm sure other dealerships would appreciate my business and take better care of their customers. More

2017 Mini Clubman S My husband and I visited Ferman Mini of Tampa Bay to look at Minis to replace our daughter's current 2013 Mini Cooper S. Derek was our salesman. He My husband and I visited Ferman Mini of Tampa Bay to look at Minis to replace our daughter's current 2013 Mini Cooper S. Derek was our salesman. He spent a lot of time with us driving different vehicles from new to used to determine what would be the perfect car for our daughter. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the Mini models. We also dealt with both Santos and Michael in negotiating the final deal on the 2017 Mini Clubman S. Both were professional and straight forward. We worked with AJ Clarke on the financing. She was very helpful and even took the extra time to explain financing to our 17 year old daughter. We will definitely be sending you guys more business. More
