I was putting off purchasing a new vehicle because I didn't want to go through the whole "dealership experience" and have only purchased from smaller, private businesses in the past. I lucked out that Manny was the one to approach me when I first entered Audi Brookline. He didn't make me feel like I was being over particular with what I wanted and I appreciate that.
