July 29, 2022 its been a year since I've had my Nissan Rogue, before I picked up my car they told everything was done and new including my brakes and tires. I had to pay for new brakes within a month rec Rogue, before I picked up my car they told everything was done and new including my brakes and tires. I had to pay for new brakes within a month receiving my Nissan Rogue, change oil and new filters because I took it to a body shop for a 2nd opinion, I took my car back to Nissan with my husband in which in had a big argument with the manager, I did end up with 2 new front tires from them. Saturday Sept. 23 I had to take my Nissan to a body shop for 2 back tires because they were gone, I notice when I am driving on the highway my car was vibrating took it to be body shop I needed new tires had to spend more money. I would never, never, ever go back or recommend anyone to go to Nissan 24 they lied to me about everything. Unhappy customer. More

I’ve had Honda , ford but man Nissan is the way! Especially getting your maintenance done at brockton Nissan 24!!! They were super helpful and awesome my guy Brandon was the best such a nice guy def Especially getting your maintenance done at brockton Nissan 24!!! Absolute CROOKS, sold me a car that they knew was messed up, after spending 20k on a new car that needed body work, not to mention later i find out they just superglued the headlight to the body!! I went in up, after spending 20k on a new car that needed body work, not to mention later i find out they just superglued the headlight to the body!! I went in with a pre approval offer for 3.99% the finance person said don't worry ill get you something better. After them making me wait in a small office for what seemed like 7 hours someone came back and i just honestly wanted to get my car and leave, STUPIDLY of me i did not read the APR carefully..... 7.99% with some bank that's based out of texas! I've been sending nissan corporate many letters/messages and come to find out they can't do anything if one of their dealers that's bears the NISSAN name on it messes up or acts crooked..... way to go nissan, just slap your name on whoever wants it and let them act accordingly!! after trying to get ahold of the GM leaving messages and only getting call back from people who absolutely CANT DO ANYTHING FOR ME, I've given up, i did give up on trying to get myself into another car of equal or lesser value ( i wasn't even trying to go for an upgrade) i want to make sure this does not happen to anyone else! BEWARE of this dealer!!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM, their sales team or the guys behind that plastic cheap desk that gives you offers for your car....... honestly don't want another Nissan after dealing with this nightmare! More

I appreciate the honesty and for them taking the time to listen to me as a customer. I dealt with Patrick Teixeira the whole time and he was extremely awesome. The manager Manny was awesome and honest. Dealing with Nissan 24 did not make me feel pressured into leasing a vehicle. I definitely recommend Nissan 24. I like consistency, honesty and politeness this is the place. Thank you Nissan 24!!!!! More

I have had it with this dealership! I bought a Nissan, Altima 2015, in February 2016. This car is 4 years old. I had a breakdown with the car less than a year ago and transmission broke down. Both the dealership and corporate office gave me a difficult time and stress regarding this matter. Until they finally agreed to pay a portion as “due deligence”. A few months ago I brought my car back into the dealership and was presented with the fact that the car had a computer issue and needed a new system, which cost some money to replace. Just now recently, the car gets brought back in to the dealership and they diagnose it with a transmission problem (less than a year later). The dealership reports for me to call and file a claim with corporate and so I did. The car was left at the dealership for about a week, with no offer of a rental. Playing phone tag with the corporate manager to give me a call back was about six days. I finally spoke to the corporate manager today, who reports that due to the last transmission courtesy they are not willing to pay for the transmission due to the fact that it’s been 12 months and out of warranty. It has not been 12 months, and I don’t care if it’s out of warranty! So who oversees the parts that the dealership puts in?! Your telling me that a car that just had a new transmission put in less than a year ago, needs a new transmission? That is absolutely ridiculous. I asked to speak to the corporate manger’s supervisor and he apparently is the top person to speak to. His direction was that unfortunately he doesn’t specialize in the labor of the job. But that they rely on the dealership to do the job correctly. What if the dealership didn’t do the job correctly? “Unfortunately due to out of warranty nothing they can do, and that I should contact the dealership”. Terrible, terrible dealership and customer service!!!! I’ve had a recall on this xxxxty car since the week I bought it 2016. Since the corporate and dealership have failed me for the third time, I will make my voice heard. More

Nissan 24 is a great place to buy a car! I've bought both my cars here. I cant thank Angel Cruz, Gary Lee, and the rest of the staff enough. Excellent customer service and great deal!!! I walked into Nissan 24 to look at a 2019 Nissan Armada. I was greeted by John Spadea who is a sales/leasing agent. He was welcoming and helpful and g I walked into Nissan 24 to look at a 2019 Nissan Armada. I was greeted by John Spadea who is a sales/leasing agent. He was welcoming and helpful and gathered all of the necessary information about my trade. We went for a test drive and I fell in love with the vehicle. The payments were going to be much more than I anticipated initially. The Sales Manager Manny Ribeiro was so helpful, friendly and did everything in his power to get a great deal for me. Manny went above and beyond getting in touch with all of the necessary people and resources that he needed to to make this deal work because he knew how much I loved the vehicle. It's not too often that people go above and beyond in customer service and they deserve to be recognized when they do. I would definitely recommend using Nissan 24 for your car purchase. I was in and out of the dealership in about 2 hours and had a great experience. More
