My car was not starting first thing in morning, it took alot of tries. They did a diagnostic check for 200.00 and said there was nothing wrong with my car. The problem was my remote starter and I needed to alot of tries. They did a diagnostic check for 200.00 and said there was nothing wrong with my car. The problem was my remote starter and I needed to go back to the place that installed it. It was installed by someone Dirschel hired to do it. I have no idea who that was. On my way home I stoped amd put a new battery in my remote starter and now my car works fine. Why didn't they say maybe you need a new battery and be a little helpful i stead of tryimg to sell me other services. I'm 83 years old and don't know much about cars, it would have been nicer to be more helpful than trying to make more money. I will never go back to Vision, not even to buy a new car. More
