Misinformed from the beginning when I called before I went to the dealer. I asked if they had any deals/promos for the holiday. Was informed yes but there was not. The sales guy even said they just say t went to the dealer. I asked if they had any deals/promos for the holiday. Was informed yes but there was not. The sales guy even said they just say they to get people to come in. Not a fair trade in value. Not told my first months payment is due day 1. Thought I was getting 12k 3 years and when I went to sign papers it was 10k 3 yrs. They numbers just weren’t adding up during negotiations and the guy was terrible at breaking it down: it wasn’t making sense. They knew I was coming for a specific car and didn’t have it ready. Not offered a test drive. Honestly I probably should have just left but I wanted the exact same car I had but in awd. And that’s ther only place that had it. Overall I Wouldn’t recommend. More

Having issues for my payoff on my rav4 this is my affect my credit report with experience they said they would take care of it. I hope they will because it’s taking a long time to pay off my vehicle so othe my credit report with experience they said they would take care of it.
