I bought my first Volvo from Steingold and had a decent experience. So I thought I would give them a try last winter. I was treated so poorly. They (the owners son) didn't even take my name and phone number! All the other dealers I visited three to be exact called me the next day thanking me for visiting their showroom and if they could be of further assistance! Of course Steingold could not do that because they never even asked for my name! Did I mention I was a returning customer! They had the exact car I wanted and I would have paid the price for the car but due to their treatment I bought somewhere else. The son at least the one I dealt with was rude and full of himself! They lost my business! More
