Despite having finalized the deal, paid a deposit, and had my credit checked and approved, I was later told my credit didn’t qualify for the originally agreed lease terms. While I’m not sure if there was a communication gap or something else, it was unfair to have the monthly payments unexpectedly increased at the final stage. However, no assumptions from my side. I liked the vehicle so I bought it. Moreover, Manjula offered better deals than other dealerships I had dealt with. BMW Genius Tyler was also knowledgeable about the vehicle and helped me with multiple initial setups along with a detailed explanation of the features of the X3 model. More

I also wish that I had a negative experience with the dealership so that I could have something to negotiate with (lol!), but my experience with BMW of Bridgewater was LITERALLY without blemish. Service advisor Jose Fernandez is also an EXCEPTIONAL asset to the team at BMW of Bridgewater; I'd never work with any other dealership!
