I wasn't expecting to buy a BMW when I went into the dealership to look, but wound up ordering one from Manjula. She went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and was very patient with my inquiries about the different kinds of BMWs in my price range, as well as gathering my necessary information ahead of time so that the financing portion went quickly. Both BMW Genius techs, were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in teaching me all about the features that BMW cars are equipped with, and made sure I knew how to use all of the bells and whistles before driving off. Mark was also welcoming and courteous of us into his dealership and made sure we were taken care of. A very pleasant car buying experience. More
