Manjula identified an opportunity for me to buy a pre-ordered car that the original purchaser was no longer buying and was becoming available the next day. Call it fate, but the car was an exact match for what I would have ordered. She provided the right level of information from start to finish, keeping me well-informed of delivery timing and answering my many questions as this was my first EV purchase. All of our interactions were virtual until the day I took delivery of the car. Everything went smoothly and professionally and I was in my new car driving home in about an hour. Manjula made the entire experience comfortable, low stress, transparent and not to mention exciting and fun! I love my new car! More
