Maliq was great and super fun to work with, he worked to get me into the exact car I was looking for. He was knowledgeable, friendly and relaxed in his approach, not too pushy, listened to what I wanted wit get me into the exact car I was looking for. He was knowledgeable, friendly and relaxed in his approach, not too pushy, listened to what I wanted without trying to upsell me, and was generally able to balance my wants with that of the dealership. The dealership on the other hand was fine, they did their dealership job but did not seem to have good communication on the back end (there was one day were I got 5 calls from 5 different people and none of them had communicated about any of the things I had discussed with the prior caller). The financing process was also a bit of a mess. There was an error on the dealerships side with some of the paperwork, and instead of explaining what had happened and that some of the forms needed to be updated and resigned I just get a random email with no warning from a third party group and a text from the finance team saying the need the forms back asap with no explanation. More
