I found a Jeep Gladiator I liked online, Nate Mendez reached out and we text a few times, so I decided to check it out. Nate was not there the day I went, but he made arrangements for me to speak with M reached out and we text a few times, so I decided to check it out. Nate was not there the day I went, but he made arrangements for me to speak with Malik. My mindset was to find something newer than my 2018 JKU with lower payments(it sounded better in my head). The management team did their thing and showed me what they could do, as I liked the Gladiator A LOT. The next day I returned, Nate spent time with me helping to remove things from my JKU(rock lights, etc.)instead of on the floor making sales. Could I have walked away with ease, yes. But, I REALL love my new Gladiator and it was made possible by the entire team(sales, management and FNI). My experience buying the car was great. It’s after I drove it off the lot. A few issues with missing the second set of keys and having a scratch taken care of .
