We are so thankful for Tom and the Kia Raceway team. We were in need of a new car after 12 years with an older pilot. They respected our price range and did not haggle or pressure us in anyway. Once we test drove it we let them know we had a busy day ahead and prefer to do everything via email to get a final number. We agreed on the number and came in and they were getting everything ready to do. We spent about 1 hour at the dealership once we agreed on the sale.
