I was coming down from the Bay Area and Michael G assisted me through this purchasing process. Not only did he make sure the inquired vehicle was still available, he took it upon himself to send me p assisted me through this purchasing process. Not only did he make sure the inquired vehicle was still available, he took it upon himself to send me pictures of the vehicle, including the window sticker, in a timely manner, even when the vehicle was in a secondary lot. Michael G also provided me with consistent updates on the status of the vehicle prior to arriving at Poway. Upon my arrival, I did not see the vehicle at the dealership and I proceeded to calling Michael G, because I thought the vehicle had sold. He informed me that he was getting the vehicle detailed prior to my arrival because I had told him I was on the way. I test drove the vehicle with Michael G and asked him why did he provide me with such exceptional customer service even though I was coming from far away. For all he knew I was simply wasting his time. He said that he goes above and beyond for everyone and treats everyone with respect because "You never know who is going to call/show up to the dealership to purchase a vehicle. It could be anyone."
