Best experience buying a car that I've had. Sebastian would not let me buy the car I wanted until he made double sure everything on it was perfect. BUYER BEWARE they are frauds. I purchased a 400,000 with very limited Miles. It was sold to me as “perfect condition” and “properly maintained and serviced”. The salesman confirme I purchased a 400,000 with very limited Miles. It was sold to me as “perfect condition” and “properly maintained and serviced”. The salesman confirmed he “personally did an inspection”. The car arrived (I bought from out of state) and is basically a lemon. It had oil in it which caused the engine to fall apart (I sent it to a Mercedes dealer upon receiving it as when I got it it had everything from check engine light, 180 day overdue service to flat tires and no gas). The first excuse was it came from their “other location” so they didn’t see it first, which means either that was a lie or the in writing confirmation he had done a personal Inspection of the car was a lie. They said they would refund me my money and take the car back (everything is documented and in writing and done with Mercedes) and when push came to shove they went dark. I have hired a lawyer but they are liars and will clearly sell any car have no form of quality check. They originally told me it was the owners friends car and it was meticulously cared for. We have contacted all proper bodies including auto fraud of Chicago. More
