Sheldon is the reason white river toyota reveived my business, but my overall experience was very goood. I have extreme animosity for the entire car buying experience. I sheduled a test drive expecting to do business elsewhere. Sheldon treated me with respect and rather than pushing he ASKED me what I thought and how I felt. He regularly had to keep the conversation going buy asking me what I would like to do next. I felt no pressure and the information provided was exactly what i was looking for to figure out the correct car to meet my needs and budget appropriately. I decided I would give WRT a shot and provided what I was looking for for a deal and got it with NO hassle or pressure at any point. It speaks to an organization when every person I worked with has 10 years or more at WRT. More

I naturally dread the car-buying experience, but luckily Maggie Laubach (who was awesome to deal with over the phone on the deposit portion of the transaction) assigned me to Sheldon for my interest in a Co Maggie Laubach (who was awesome to deal with over the phone on the deposit portion of the transaction) assigned me to Sheldon for my interest in a Corolla Hybrid. This guy has the chillest vibe of any salesman I've ever encountered. The day of purchase had us running way behind schedule so we ended up hanging around quite a bit. It could have been a miserable experience, but Sheldon's vibe was top of the game & it made a long wait incredibly pleasant. You can tell things are going in the right direction when the cat pictures get shared! The guy is an asset to WR Toyota - with luck if we end up having to get another vehicle at some point, he'll still be there. Thanks for the long chat & all your help, Sheldon. I love the new wheels!
