Maddy was great to work with. She was knowledgeable, patient, thorough and I felt very comfortable working with her. She answered all my questions and was very prompt in communica She was knowledgeable, patient, thorough and I felt very comfortable working with her. She answered all my questions and was very prompt in communicating via phone, text or email. She never made me feel that I had a silly question. Even when I had questions after purchasing the car, she took the time to answer them and even sat in my car explaining some details. The one issue i did have was with Finance. My $1000 deposit was not credited on the sales receipt. Had we not looked at the receipt carefully, it wouldn’t have been caught. After calling Maddy it was quickly resolved but I feel the fiancé person should have noticed our $1000 deposit and credited it appropriately. One recommendation would be to acknowledge the Costco Auto Program on the receipt. The “discount” is only listed as Hopkins Honda Discount NOT Costco auto program discount. . I feel it’s confusing to the customer when it is not listed on the receipt anywhere and the Costco program is not being recognized. It would be an easy fix to have a separate line for Costco Auto Program Discount so the customer is aware of the amount. More
