My next car purchase in this area is going to be from Gateway Hyundai for their excellent service. My experience with durability of Hyundai is not the best but the customer service at Gateway Hyundai is Gateway Hyundai for their excellent service. My experience with durability of Hyundai is not the best but the customer service at Gateway Hyundai is top notch which gave me a reason to start trusting Hyundais service. The service manager and representatives took time to hear me out and read through issue notes to come up with actions that made me felt very comfortable. My residence was 2 hours away round trip from dealership and they understood having the importance of a vehicle and put me on a courtesy car as appropriate and fit me in to appointment schedule. The support and care provided is not just to resolve auto issues but to actually make me feel comfortable throughout the process and to provide best customer service that will make you come back if you ever need your auto checked or repaired without thinking twice. More

I asked them if the water leak would be fixed and they said yes but they didn’t tell me that there could be a possibility of something else they don’t see after they did me a quote for $12,000 worth of re said yes but they didn’t tell me that there could be a possibility of something else they don’t see after they did me a quote for $12,000 worth of repair on my car I pick up my vehicle and it’s worse than it was before. Yes, the water pump is fixed, but I wanted the water leak to be done. If there was a possibility of another leak reoccurring I would have waited until I had the money to have a running vehicle or purchased another vehicle to get me to and from to work very disappointed I called and nobody has called to reach back out to me. More
