I'm generally intimidated by things that I'm not familiar with and we breezed through it. Jillian took care of the final details really quickly and thoroughly, and she was very kind. I think it's important to let future customers know that this a fine group of people. They put me at ease, and I found an extremely amazing car at an extremely satisfying price.
