I bought a Cadillac ct6 from this dealer car has been solid. Other than the night vision never being functional since the day I purchased, kept giving me some story about it needing a special calibration solid. Other than the night vision never being functional since the day I purchased, kept giving me some story about it needing a special calibration tool, which there are only a few of on the eastern seaboard. ( still hasn’t been resolved). Also had a rear monitor go out had it replaced, now both sides want retract which I know they should. Ryan the service manager gave some crap about maybe the car had a system upgrade, more lies. I purchased an extended warranty(5yr) when I purchased the vehicle. I was told by Paul the warranty was good until March 2026.Ryan the service manager Ryan,told me it’s expired. I simple want what I’ve paid for and to have my vehicle serviced properly. Im going to give this dealer the opportunity to make things right. If not satisfied I’ll be taking further action to receive the value which purchased. More
