Nicolas was awesome, I actually new a A few other people at the dealership, but his attitude was so welcoming that I did not mind working with him. He even helped me take a badge off my Jeep that I was turn at the dealership, but his attitude was so welcoming that I did not mind working with him. He even helped me take a badge off my Jeep that I was turning in to keep her memory safe. I don’t think I would’ve been able to do it without his help. He was also very helpful and informative of the buying process and the questions regarding the vehicle I was purchasing. It might be a while before I’m back for a car, but I will definitely be asking for him! More

Bought a used vehicle from there, within days (next time it rained) discovered it had a leaking windshield. Contacted sales department, told me it’s as/is no help provided. Took it to the service department it rained) discovered it had a leaking windshield. Contacted sales department, told me it’s as/is no help provided. Took it to the service department (big mistake!), six days later they confirmed, yes it leaks. They couldn’t fix it or provide any type of timeline on when a 3rd party could provide a quote or complete the work. Took it elsewhere and it was fixed in under 10 minutes. Left multiple messages before hearing from a manager (who was unhelpful). Left multiple messages before hearing an update from the service department. This was an inexpensive and very easy fix. A perfect opportunity to provide any basic level of customer service and nothing. Do not buy here! More
