The team at Jim Ellis Kia of Kennesaw truly exceeded my expectations! From the moment I stepped onto the lot, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. My sales person was Mackenzie Florence, and wow, expectations! From the moment I stepped onto the lot, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. My sales person was Mackenzie Florence, and wow, her knowledge of the vehicles and her genuine enthusiasm made the entire buying process a breeze. She listened to my needs and found the perfect car for me (keep in mind I’am a very picky person and will ask a million questions) she listened patiently and answered all the questions I had. The dealership itself is immaculate and well-organized. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Mackenzie and Jim Ellis Kia of Kennesaw to anyone in search of a seamless car-buying experience. Five stars all the way. I will definitely come back to them if I need another car. Everyone worked super hard to get my the best deal possible, and I can say that they did not disappoint. More

The car had damage that was “fixed” but then again peeled off again the next day. I received no response when I reached out. I wasn’t pleased with the manager and the “deal” I received. I wasn’t pleased originally quoted the sticker price, not the Jim Ellis price that I saw online even though I came in with the stock code rather than perusing the lot. There was also a used mask in the center console that the manager had been driving around. More

We are driving our 2024 Telluride with duct tape on all four windows holding on the trim. The rear passenger door widow/door trim blew off during a trip to Florida, never to be found. Brought our Telluride four windows holding on the trim. The rear passenger door widow/door trim blew off during a trip to Florida, never to be found. Brought our Telluride to the service department and was told they would inspect all the trim and order as needed. We were told however, that warranty would only cover one incident, so if the other trim came off later, it would not be covered. They said the other trim was okay and ordered one piece on September 10th and it’s still not here. Brought the Telluride back in late November as now all the trim is falling off! Supposedly there is a recall on this but we have not received a notice. We have had several other recalls that we completed promptly when scheduled. Who knows when the trim will get here since it’s already been three months and no eta! Not sure at this time how the warranty is going to work when/if the trim ever does come in, but expect a battle if they try to charge us!, In the mean time, we are driving around in our new Telluride with duct tape all over the windows and doors! Absolute unacceptable service response from Kia the Jim Ellis dealership! More
