I was told my passenger side side view mirror was ready to be installed. I drove 30 miles each way only to be told it needed to be painted before it could be installed. The multi-point inspection did not catch lights burned out in my car. I had a rear-tail-light bulb changed a little over 6 months ago and it is already burned out. I have had air-conditioning repaired only to fail the next summer. Had a fueling-door repaired that wouldn't open and now it rattles when I drive the car. More
