After spending just a short time with them, I couldn’t believe how easy it was to make the right decision for myself and and incredibly informative. I would never wish the stereotypical car shopping experience on anyone….this was NOT that. They really care about everyone they help AND everyone they work with. I’ve never felt like this…this is a dealership that works like a family, and I felt so welcomed becoming a part of it by them and all of their coworkers. This place is first class and I’ll be recommending everyone there, especially to see these two guys!!! More

I wasn’t impressed with the service department The car wasn’t cleaned before I purchased the vehicle There was broken glass under the seat I asked for the oil to be changed and it wasn’t I checked wh wasn’t cleaned before I purchased the vehicle There was broken glass under the seat I asked for the oil to be changed and it wasn’t I checked when I left the dealership and the oil life was at 58 percent The car needed gas before I drove home which was 1 hour and 10 minutes away I showed up at the dealership at 4:15P and left at 6;15 Waiting on finance was extremely slow Staff wasn’t friendly and no sense of urgency to move the process or make things right Salesman never came over and checked on us while waiting on finance until I went to find him and see what the hold up was Salesman didn’t offer to set up Onstar ,XM or just the specifics of the car More
