I went in with a simple question about trading in my vehicle. I knew what I wanted in my next car but did not a specific car in mind. I spoke with Miguel and he had an answer to my question and a vehicl vehicle. I knew what I wanted in my next car but did not a specific car in mind. I spoke with Miguel and he had an answer to my question and a vehicle that would be fit my needs. Now I has there for a good 6 hours, I knew with any dealership it is a waiting game. Miguel was attentive, helpful, and resourceful. I drove away in a Grand Cherokee 4xe, dual panel sunroof and wayyyyyy more. I am overall happy with my decision to go to Aaron Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram. I am also, extremely happy with my new car. More

Probably the worst car dealership I’ve ever dealt with. If I could give a "0" rating, I would. Nothing but lies and dishonest promises. After negotiating a price for the Jeep Grand Cherokee L, I was forced to purchase an additional redundant alarm package last minute, at signing, "in order to keep their prices low and so they can make a little profit". I was also promised a paint & interior protection package which now is non-existent. Perfect example of the "bait & switch scam" of which unfortunately I am a victim of. I live out of state and have had nothing but problems trying to get the car registered in my state because no one at the dealership has the right answers to get my issue resolved. I have tried several times to contact the salesmen, Miguel Martinez & Mo Assad and have been ignored since the sale. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Read the other reviews and you will see. At first I liked this dealership, but the more I've come to work with them, the worse they get. When I first went to buy my car, they seemed to really car, and then as my time went on with them, they really to work with them, the worse they get. When I first went to buy my car, they seemed to really car, and then as my time went on with them, they really showed me more and more they could care less about my experience and mostly about making money off me. They even pit me against a fake buyer just to bring up my payments. I left and less than 2mins later, the manager, John, called me and said that if I could pay for all these extra add-ons that I DIDN'T want, that I would be able to have the car. My salesman, Miguel, called me the next morning and said he wanted to earn my business, even though I was really hesitant to come back, but I really wanted the car and Miguel said he didn't know anything about the fake buyer and felt bad. I did end up coming back and worked with Larry, the finance manager, where I was basically told that the price listed for the car online was only to bring people in and wasn't the real price and in order for them to make money, I would HAVE TO buy the extra add-ons. My monthly payment was MUCH MORE than I wanted to pay and was also told they couldn't finance my car through my credit union, which had the lowest rate....even though afterwards I found out that I could. I did like Cam, although he was young and pretty green (he rode with me and my friend during our test drive while texting Miguel on how I was liking the car). Cam was also nice enough to let me know about my spare fob key they found and put my license plate frame from my old car onto my new car. But he was pretty flakey in communication and I had to follow up several times. Miguel also became more and more flakey after I had purchased the car. I needed to get in touch with him as one of the side panels over my tires wheels was loose, to which he replied that it was only a clip that needed to be replaced. Later on, after reaching out to follow up several times (hearing not a tone back), I was told I had to GLUE to side panel on myself :( and that he would send me the adhesive, which PS, he never did. Shocker. I then took my car to Universal Mini when my break lights came on and it turns out the mechanic at Aaron didn't reset my sensor so I had to pay for the too...but Universal Mini is amazing so they didn't make me pay. HOWEVER, the side panel they did let me know was DOUBLE-SIDED TAPED onto my car.....and Aaron never disclosed that....so it wasn't just a broken clip. Sorry guys, but SHODDY job and I will NEVER recommend anyone to you ever. I did love Lynn the finance lady though...she was AMAZING and because she felt bad for me and my experience from xxxx, she gave me free 60000 miles extra extended warranty. other than that, this experience was horrendous.
