We only go to the dealership for our services because of Michael. He is fair, explains everything, doesn't try to push anything, and answers any and all questions that we have. Valet service was great but truck showed back up with a screw in the tire. They couldn't solve my issue with vinegar smell from the AC. No offer to take care of the screw in my tire.
