I spend 5700$ on my vehicle and I had issues not less than two miles after I pulled off the lot. I was told everything was fine and fixed and the issue I had I paid an extras 700$ for it to stay another than two miles after I pulled off the lot. I had to extend my personal rental and extend my become back to the dealership for them to tell me what is wrong not satisfied at all More

-very poor communication, i had to call every single day with no update -didn't get an update until i personally let Michael know i was struggling and had to get pushy with him -michael did keep me updated with no update -didn't get an update until i personally let Michael know i was struggling and had to get pushy with him -michael did keep me updated through text after i had to explain to him my situation -i was very confused because michael claimed to call me multiple times but I never received any calls(stated that the phones were acting up) but he did reach out through text after I explained i never got any calls -my car was returned FILTHY, exterior and interior. (there was literally mud streaks on the seat, floor, door handles) no courtesy car wash was done (which 99.9% of dealerships will do) it upsetting because i could literally barely see out of my windows they were filthy!! More
