I purchased a used BMW X3 from Niello last month and have to say I am beyond disappointed in their service. During the purchasing process, I took the vehicle to be inspected by a third party. All was well as to say I am beyond disappointed in their service. During the purchasing process, I took the vehicle to be inspected by a third party. All was well aside from the brakes measuring at 3-3.5mm. I returned to Niello stating that selling a vehicle that was so close to needing new brakes was simply not good business practice and was walking the line of what is legal for used car sales in California. They assured me they would not sell a vehicle with less than 4mm, took the car, and checked it over. Still, they insisted that the third party was incorrect and the brakes were at 5mm. I decided this hiccup was not worth voiding the sales process and kept the vehicle. Unfortunately, within 3 weeks the brakes were squealing and clearly in need of replacement. I would expect slimy behavior like this from a run of the mill small dealership but not from a branded dealership. I have learned my very expensive lesson and would highly recommend against buying from this dealership. More

Very poor response from the people in the dealership, you may have to follow up hundreds of times. Once the you sign the vehicle and that’s all and they care about you anymore.
